Validity of conditions of sale

The conditions of sale are valid between the buyer at the web store (hereafter referred to as the ‘consumer’) and the trader Dental Marketing OÜ (the ‘web store’) for the purchase of goods.

In addition to these terms and conditions, legal relationships arising from the purchase of products from the web store are regulated by the Law of Obligations Act (LOA), the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) and other legislation applicable in the Republic of Estonia.

The web store reserves the right to change the conditions of sale. These changes will be made available on the web page

Price information

All prices at the web store are without value added tax (VAT). VAT (20%) will be added to the product prices.

Placing an order

Only juridical persons can place orders from web store.

Placing ordres is possible over the phone, e-mail or in web store.

The original bill will be sent with the goods.


Ordered goods will be delivered by the courier. Delivery will be charged based on courier pricelist.

If You order from us, You can choose between 3 different courier options.

  1. You can pick up the goods Yourself (for free) from following address: Jüri Tehnopark, Kesk tee 19, Aaviku küla 75301 (Uljas Logistik OÜ – the company responsible for the storage of goods).
  2. You can use the courier service of Venipak Eesti OÜ.
  3. You can use OSC Transport OÜ express courier service.

The delivery of goods on demand is from 10-21 days.

If Your estimated delivery date has passed and You have´nt received Your order, please contact web store.

Return poicy

After receiving the goods the consumer has to check goods and make sure that the order has been filled correctly. If the order has not been filled correctly or the products are defective the consumer should report it to the web store ASAP.

After receiving an order, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract entered into at the web store within 14 days without giving any reason. All returned products must meet following conditions:

  • the products has to be returned with all the details that belong to the product set;
  • if the products has been purchased during the campaign and the consumer has received additional products, in case of return all the products has to be sent back;
  • products must be unused, undamaged, in the original unopened package.

Special orders are not returnable.

After receiving the request for withdrawal the web store will promptly refund all the fees received from the consumer under the contract.

The transport fees of returning the products will be paid by the customer.

Complaints procedure

Web store is responsible of deficiency of the products that occurred during the delivery of them. If the deficiency occurs the consumer has the right to demand the replacement of the product or withdraw from the order and return it on the web store´s expense. Force majeure

The web store is not liable for the damage caused to the consumer or for delivery delays if the damage or delay is caused by circumstances that the web store could not foresee or control.
